ADPs Small Business Services Division is about providing outsourced Human Resources solutions to our clients that enable them to focus on making their business thrive. Job Responsibilities:
- Selling ADP payroll services and HR solutions within a protected geographic territory
- Developing relationships with Accountants and Banks
- Prospecting for new business
- Cross-selling to an existing base of clients
Benefits:
- $50-60k minimum 1st year at plan
- Competitive base salary that increases annually - $32k year 1; $7k increase 1st yr. (just for meeting goals)
- Uncapped commissions - Tiered commission structure (the more you sell, the more you take home)
